IT TAKES 3-7 DAYS TO FULFILL AN ORDER (pre-orders excluded), AFTER WHICH IT’S SHIPPED OUT. THE SHIPPING TIME DEPENDS ON YOUR LOCATION, BUT CAN BE ESTIMATED AS FOLLOWS:
-Germany: 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS
-INTERNATIONAL: 10-20 BUSINESS DAYS

WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

The Archive Ships most of the orders from Germany. For Art Prints we WORK WITH AN ON-DEMAND ORDER FULFILLMENT COMPANY WITH FACILITIES WORLDWIDE to ensure minimal shipping costs.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS FOR MY ORDER?

AN ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS AND TAX FEE CAN OCCUR ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. THIS FEE IS NOT IN our CONTROL AND IS ASSESSED BY YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE. CUSTOMS POLICIES VARY WIDELY FOR EVERY COUNTRY SO PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE DIRECTLY TO SEE IF THEY APPLY DUTIES AND TAXES TO YOUR PURCHASES.

-CHECK YOUR SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR ANY MISTAKES IN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS.

-ASK YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE IF THEY HAVE YOUR PACKAGE.

-STOP BY YOUR NEIGHBORS IN CASE THE COURIER LEFT THE PACKAGE WITH THEM.

IF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS WAS CORRECT, AND THE PACKAGE WASN'T LEFT AT THE POST OFFICE OR AT YOUR NEIGHBOR’S, GET IN TOUCH WITH the archive at CONTACT@archive07.COM WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER.
IF YOU DID FIND A MISTAKE IN YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS, we will SEND YOU A REPLACEMENT ORDER. BUT KEEP IN MIND THAT we CAN’T COVER THE COSTS OF RESHIPPING THE ORDER IF TRACKING INFORMATION STATES AN ORDER WAS DELIVERED.

TO HELP us RESOLVE THIS FOR YOU QUICKLY, PLEASE EMAIL us AT contact@archive07.com WITHIN A WEEK WITH PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGED PRODUCT, YOUR ORDER NUMBER, AND ANY OTHER DETAILS YOU MAY HAVE ABOUT YOUR ORDER. we’LL GET BACK TO YOU WITH A RESOLUTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

RETURNS

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.
To initiate a return, please contact us AT contact@archive07.com or fill out this form within the applicable return period. Returned items must be sent back within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to return the goods. Returned products should be in their original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

-Personalized or custom-made products.

-Digital products, including downloadable files, digital artwork, and other digital content that is delivered electronically and can be accessed, downloaded, or used immediately after purchase.

A Small Request

We completely understand that online shopping can sometimes be tricky.

That said, we kindly ask that you avoid ordering large numbers of sizes, colors, or variations with the intention of keeping only one item and returning the rest. While this practice is common with some large retailers, it can be very challenging for a small business like ours due to the environmental impact, shipping costs, packaging waste, and the time involved in processing returns.
